Sanctioned plan Commencement Certificate Completion Certificate Search and Title Report. Latesr Valuation Certificate of the Property from Banks authorized valuer Index II 7x12 Extract N.A. Certificate if Required Allotment Letter / Possession Letter Blue Print of Approved plan Latest Property Tax Paid Reciept Latest Paid Electricity Bill (Xerox copy). Property Tax Paid Receipt Advance Payment Receipt Other document as required by legal advisor of the Bank. Letter / Certificate of Banks Architect about Status and progress of Construction. Managers Visit Report
